"…They were able to meet a tight price target and it is clear to us that their skill base is far better than many others who claim a broad skill base. In particular we have been most impressed by their ability to resolve unexpected problems with little effect on completion dates."

Outsourcing for Enterprises

ESI has helped many large companies to cut costs, raise quality, and increase the effectiveness of their software development. All of them became repeat clients. (see our Featured Case Studies)

High quality / Low cost
We offer high quality enterprise level software development services at the most attractive price in Eastern Europe. This is because we have access to the highly-qualified low-cost labor market, where we can afford hiring only top 10% professionals, paying them competitive salaries, and training them with the latest IT techniques while still staying very price competitive. Our engineers are certified by industry leaders such as Microsoft, Teradata, Oracle, BrainBench and others. You can communicate with them in English as if they were in your local office, and you can expect them to seamlessly integrate into your company's culture. We have one of the lowest turn-over rates, so you can work with the same people for years and expect them to be exclusively dedicated to your project as if they were your employees. Working with us removes many hassles associated with hiring domestic staff, adding up office infrastructure, paying high salaries and benefits, and incurring termination and litigation costs. We can provide you with the domestic level of IT services without the burden of the associated expenses.

Experience in the development of enterprise products
ESI has built a lasting relationship with a number of large enterprise clients. We would be happy to provide references from them upon request. Dependent upon your needs, we can offer you the full software development life cycle from business analysis to iterative development, quality assurance, and post-launch maintenance. We analyze your product requirements in tight cooperation with your on-site team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, and we help our clients to track and prioritize all functionality change requests. One of our experienced project managers usually coordinates the local development for every client. We follow the best industry standards and we maintain a very well organized and constantly improving software development process. That allows our clients to expect an extremely reliable product of a predictable high quality delivered on budget, strictly according to their requirements, and by the set deadlines.

Excellent communication, status tracking, and reporting
All our developers speak English fluently. Some of them also speak German. We established excellent communication processes with our North America and EU clients that include daily Skype meetings, desktop sharing software, video conferences, source control software, project management software, and other distance collaboration tools. Our clients can continuously track the status of their projects through a centralized project management / status tracking systems. You will receive a detailed project schedule that our project managers will update regularly. Finally, our experience with proactive risk management allows us to avoid risks early and to notify you about the potential dependencies and issues as soon as possible.

Convenient location
Our main development facility is in Minsk, Belarus, which is a two-hour flight away from Frankfurt, 3 hours from London, and 7 hours from New York. Thus, we can easily send our people onsite for work or tainting, and we can host your managers in Belarus when you want to meet your team in person. Our office is located in the very heart of Minsk downtown in a prestigious business district one block away from the White House of Government and in less than 8 minutes drive from the US, UK and Germany Embassies. Finally, due to the time difference with the US, many our American clients found a way to double the speed of their software development by having our engineers finish their work by the time when their domestic QA teams start testing it the same day. At the same time, there was always enough overlap for our managers to schedule distance meetings with our clients in order to report the status, clarify the requirements and set the tasks for the next day.

Scalability of the workforce
Since we work with several clients, we can afford maintaining a pool of instantly available high-demand professionals whom we can easily add to your project as soon as you need them. If we do not have a professional with the required skill set, we usually send to our customers a list of resumes of the candidates whom we can quickly hire on the local labor market. That keeps our clients away from the risks of hiring extra staff whom they might not immediately need. On the other hand, we require our engineers to write the code in a way that your domestic team can easily understand and support if you choose to bring part of the development back on-shore. Finally, due to the competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and team-oriented culture where A-players thrive and learn from other A-players, we enjoy one of the lowest turn-over rates in the country. So our clients always have the certainty that they can work with the same team for years.
